One parking space is included in the price of the apartment.

The parking lot is located about 50 meters from the apartments.

A second parking space can be reserved in advance for an additional fee.

Each apartment has free Wi-Fi access.

All our apartments are pet-friendly.

Check-in for the apartments is available after 2:30 PM.

Check-out from the apartments must be completed by 10:00 AM.

We speak Italian, English, and German.

The Garda Lake can be reached with a walk of about 10 minutes.

There is no air conditioning, but fans are provided.

To confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total stay cost is required via bank transfer. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount due at the time of payment at the property.

If the cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the customer via bank transfer.

Should the cancellation occur within 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be non-refundable.

A delayed arrival or early departure will result in the full charge of the booking.
