The kitchen/living room with a balcony and lake view is equipped with: 4 burners, refrigerator, freezer, oven, capsule coffee machin, American coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, kitchen utensils, table linen, a double sofa bed, and a 32-inch flat-screen TV with international channels.
The spacious bathroom with a shower is equipped with towels, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
The bedroom with a double bed, which can be converted into two single beds (upon request), is provided with sheets, blankets, and pillows.

A private parking space is available 50 meters from the apartment secured by an electric gate with access code.
The outdoor space consists of a wonderful citrus garden equipped with sun loungers and offering a lake view, shared with the other apartment. From here, you can also admire the surrounding olive groves and the stunning starry skies that summer on Lake Garda provides.
For mountain and trekking enthusiasts, it’s worth knowing that just a few meters from our apartment, there are several trails leading visitors to the slopes of Monte Baldo, including magical places such as the ancient village of Campo, which has remained unchanged over time and preserves the remnants of an old settlement.
